Founded in 1895, Downfield is regarded as one of Scotland's finest parkland courses and a proud member of the Association of James Braid Courses. Eighteen holes of mature, tree-lined parkland on the north-west edge of Dundee, with a comfortable clubhouse and a warm members' welcome.

Eighteen holes of mature parkland, par 73 from the back, with tree-lined fairways of pine and broadleaf, a stone bridge crossing, subtle changes in elevation and quick, true greens.

Join the Club

Membership for the 2026 season is full. New applicants can register for the 2027 waiting list. Members enjoy priority tee times, a WHS handicap and competitions at least three times a week.
